Your Staff is a recruitment agency that is based in Bognor Regis. They are a specialist agency that supplies workers to the agricultural and food industries. They work closely with clients and candidates to ensure they match the correct personnel with the right job.
The owner of Your Staff contacted us for more information and details about our prices to design a brand new website to reflect their professional brand. They had an existing website that was dated and which was missing up-to-date information about their company. Our client wanted a new site that would have the following:
Our client already had hosting, which they wanted to keep because there were a lot of emails set up on there, and they did not want to have to move them all across to a new host.
So because we were building their new business site from scratch, our web design agency began the build on our demo server so that their current website was still live.
Our client had a distinct look and feel in mind that they wanted us to replicate.
They required the homepage to be minimal and easy for the user to navigate. We began with a large hero image representing the industries they work in. Then, we installed a job search facility where candidates could search for the latest vacancy by keyword, category and location.
A section of boxes followed this that featured their popular job categories that were also clickable to view any vacancies within that sector. Underneath this, we added intro text about Your Staff, then a section showing the latest jobs listed and featured jobs of the week. Finally, we added a guide on how the recruitment process works.
We installed a header and a footer section that featured sitewide
We added another 16 pages to the site, including the employers and candidates area, policy pages and contact us.
The jobs section was created so that Your Staff could add new vacancies as and when they arrived. They can easily log in to the site’s admin and quickly post the latest job.
Your Staff also requested that there was the option to change the language for any candidates who did not speak English. We installed a plugin that offered this and then integrated this into the top of the site on every page.
